Using our store

These terms apply to your use of the G3X Fitness website and purchases from our store. Please provide accurate order and contact information, use the website lawfully, and review the product details and policies before ordering.

Products, prices, and orders

Products, prices, and availability may change. Some products are made to order through fulfillment partners. Review the size chart and product details before choosing a size. We work to keep product information accurate; if an error or availability issue affects your order, we’ll contact you about the options, including cancellation and any refund due.

Shipping, returns, and order support

Production time is separate from shipping time. See our Shipping Policy for processing, tracking, and delivery details. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled through our Return and Refund Policy. Need to return something or request an exchange? Please email support@g3xfitness.com or text 786-280-1201 with your order number, the item, and a short description of what you need. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible, review the available options, and walk you through the next steps. Please wait for our approval and instructions before sending anything back.

Privacy and messaging

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify processes information about your visits and purchases to run the store and provide services. We also use Shopify services that combine information from your interactions with our store, other merchants, and Shopify to improve services, personalization, and advertising. Information is shared with Shopify and other providers, including providers in other countries, for these purposes. Our Privacy Policy explains our practices and your choices. See Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy and the Shopify Privacy Portal for Shopify’s practices and privacy choices. If you choose to receive marketing texts, the Messaging Terms and Messaging Privacy Policy apply to that program. Contacting us about an order does not by itself sign you up for marketing messages.

Our content

G3X Fitness branding, logos, designs, images, and other website content are protected by intellectual property law. Do not reproduce or use our protected content commercially without permission.

Website availability and third-party services

We may update products, website features, and services. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted website access. Third-party websites and services linked from our store have their own terms and practices.

Liability and consumer rights

Any limits on liability apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms or our other policies excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to defective goods or qualifying shipping delays.

Updates and contact

Updated terms apply from the date they are published. Orders already placed remain subject to the purchase terms that applied when they were placed, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
