G3X FITNESS RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At G3X Fitness, we want you to be happy with your order. If there is an issue, we’ll do our best to help. Please read the policy below before requesting a return, exchange, or refund.
Return Window & Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days after your tracking shows “Delivered”. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unused
- In its original condition
- With original tags attached when applicable
- Returned in the original packaging when possible
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Items discounted by 30% or more
- Gift cards
- Accessories / undergarments / intimate apparel if applicable
- Limited-release, made-to-order, personalized, or custom items
- Any item marked Final Sale on the product page
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us at support@g3xfitness.com within the return window and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- The reason for the return
- Clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Please do not send items back without approval first. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for how and where to send your item.
Return Shipping
Unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. G3X Fitness is not responsible for returns that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit back to us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow:
- 3 business days for us to process the refund after approval, and
- Additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
At this time, exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you need a different size or item, contact us at support@g3xfitness.com and we’ll let you know the best next step based on product availability.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@g3xfitness.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
If approved, we will make it right by offering a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Sizing, Color, and Product Variations
Please review all size charts, product details, and care instructions before placing your order.
Because of differences in screen displays, lighting, manufacturing batches, and production processes, slight variations in color, print placement, stitching, measurements, or garment feel may occur and do not qualify as defects.
Minor variations that do not affect the functionality or overall appearance of the product are not grounds for a refund.
Order Changes, Cancellations, and Address Errors
Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. If you need help, contact us as soon as possible at support@g3xfitness.com.
G3X Fitness is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, reshipping fees may apply.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Packages refused by the customer or returned as undeliverable may be subject to deducted shipping and handling costs from any approved refund.
Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us first at support@g3xfitness.com so we can work to resolve it. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter with us may delay resolution and review of your claim.
