G3X FITNESS SHIPPING POLICY
At G3X Fitness, some items are ready to ship from our available inventory, while others may require additional processing time before shipment. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Because our catalog may include both in-stock items and made-to-order / specialty items, processing times can vary by product.
- In-stock items: typically processed within 2–4 business days
- Certain specialty or made-to-order items: may require additional processing time before shipment, typically up to 7 business days, and in some cases longer depending on the product
- If your order contains multiple items, they may be processed and shipped separately depending on availability and fulfillment location
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Estimated delivery times begin after processing is completed and depend on the selected shipping method, destination, carrier performance, and item type.
For many U.S. orders, delivery may occur within approximately 5–10 business days after shipment, while some items may take longer depending on production requirements and routing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Free Shipping
- Free shipping applies to U.S. mainland orders over $100
- Alaska and Hawaii: free shipping applies to orders over $175
- Free shipping thresholds and availability may be updated at any time without notice
Split Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages and on different delivery dates. This can happen when items are fulfilled from different locations or require different preparation times.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment once it is on the way.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to Canada only.
International delivery times may vary and customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the label is created.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing your order.
G3X Fitness is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by:
- incorrect or incomplete addresses
- refused deliveries
- failure to claim a package
- incorrect phone number or email provided at checkout
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information or failed delivery, additional reshipping charges may apply.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, customs processing, high order volume, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages
Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, shipping times and final delivery are outside of our direct control.
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please first check with:
- household members
- neighbors
- your building management or mailroom
- the shipping carrier
If you still need help, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist. G3X Fitness is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
