What is your order processing time?

Orders are processed on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

In-stock items are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

Certain specialty or made-to-order items may require additional processing time before shipment, typically up to 7 business days, and in some cases longer depending on the product.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer a range of domestic and international shipping options through trusted carriers. Shipping costs and estimated timeframes will be displayed at checkout based on your location and shipping preference.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on U.S. mainland orders over $100. For Hawaii & Alaska, orders over $175 ship free. Canada shipping is calculated at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?

Shipping delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, customs processing, or high order volume. If your package appears delayed, please first check your tracking link for the most recent update. If you need additional help, contact us at support@g3xfitness.com or text/call 786-280-1201 and we’ll do our best to assist.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship internationally to Canada. We’re working on expanding to more countries soon.

What’s your return window?

We accept return requests within 14 days after your tracking shows “Delivered.” To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition, and returned with original tags attached when applicable.

 

How do I start a return or exchange?

To start a return or exchange request, please email support@g3xfitness.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the request.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photos.

Do not send items back without approval first. If your request is approved, we’ll send you the next steps.

Which items are non-returnable?

Final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. This includes items discounted by 30% or more, gift cards, and any limited-release, made-to-order, personalized, custom, or Final Sale items. Items must also be returned unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition.

 

When will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, refunds are typically processed to your original payment method within 3 business days, though your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect; what now?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email support@g3xfitness.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos of the issue. If approved, we’ll make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

How do I find my size?

Every product page has a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing it to our chart for the best fit. If you’re between sizes, size up for a looser fit or down for a tighter fit.

Do your items run true to size?

Most of our gear runs true to size, but fit may vary slightly by design. Refer to product-specific notes on each page or contact us for help.

What materials do you use?

Our merch is crafted from premium performance blends: typically polyester, cotton, and spandex; for maximum stretch, breathability, and durability.

Will my G3X apparel shrink or fade after washing?

Nope. Our gear is pre-shrunk and colorfast. For best results, wash inside out on cold and hang dry or tumble dry low.

Is G3X Fitness gear made for specific workouts?

Absolutely. Our gear is built for high-performance training: CrossFit, bodybuilding, running, pilates, & more. We focus on versatility, support, and comfort no matter your grind.

Is your apparel unisex or gender-specific?

Most of our collections are designed with a unisex fit, but we also offer women’s-specific cuts for leggings, sports bras, and select tops. Fit notes will be listed in each product description.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Can I use multiple discount codes at once?

Only one discount code can be applied per order. Codes can’t be stacked unless explicitly stated during a promotion.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! G3X Fitness digital gift cards are available and make a great gift for the grind-minded person in your life.

Do you offer military, student, or first responder discounts?

We’re working on a G3X Hero Program; stay tuned! In the meantime, reach out to us directly and we’ll try to hook you up.

How do I contact you?

You can email us at support@g3xfitness.com or call/text 786-280-1201 (that’s the owner’s direct line; no bots). You can also submit a message through our Contact page. We typically reply within 24–48 hours.

What if I don’t get a reply right away?

We may be packing orders, training, or helping another customer; but we got you. If you don’t hear back within 48 hours, feel free to follow up with a text.

Can I buy your products in-store?

Currently, G3X Fitness is online only. That means lower prices, exclusive drops, and faster customer feedback. But pop-up shops and gym collabs are coming!
