Shipping

Many G3X products are made to order. Small made-to-order orders typically need 3–7 business days for production before shipping, unless a different estimate is shown for the product or order. Ready-to-ship items typically process within 2–4 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Production and processing are separate from transit time. Available shipping methods, destinations, and charges are shown at checkout for your order. We'll email the available tracking details when your order ships; items may arrive in separate packages.

Returns

Need a return or exchange? Email support@g3xfitness.com or text 786-280-1201 with your order number, the item, and a short description of what you need. We'll review the available options and explain the next steps. Please wait for our approval and instructions before sending anything back.

Requests are reviewed individually under the terms that apply to your order. Made-to-order and change-of-mind options may be limited. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, include clear photos so we can review it with our fulfillment team.
