Need a return or exchange? Email support@g3xfitness.com or text 786-280-1201 with your order number, the item, and a short description of what you need. If something arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, include clear photos.

We'll review the available options and explain the next steps. Size-change and change-of-mind requests are reviewed individually and may be limited. Free outbound shipping does not include a free return label. Please wait for our approval and instructions before sending anything back.
